The service provided was outstanding and beyond to make sure our stay was both enjoyable and a 5 star experience.

I 2 night stay as part of a tour group. A really lovely stay. Staff were very polite and food was very tasty. Compliments to the head chef who came and greeted us all. We all had a go in the fish spa and enjoyed very much. Blanche gave good encouragement as my first time. An all round good couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

Very cooperative and helpful staff. John who checked us in was very polite and helped us with certain navigation options within the city. The ambience and pool facility is amazing. My kid and our family had a great time. Thank you and wishing you the best,
