2 night stay as part of a tour group. A really lovely stay. Staff were very polite and food was very tasty. Compliments to the head chef who came and greeted us all. We all had a go in the fish spa and enjoyed very much. Blanche gave good encouragement as my first time. An all round good couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was good overall. initially the room had problems with mosquitoes n all but later it was changed by the hotel to a better wing. the credit goes to mr. sabyasachi who is the housekeeping manager. he took initiative & helped. breakfast quality was moderate. clean & safe environment. hotel staffs were nice & courteous.

Extremely poor service, still sat in reception at 2110 waiting for a a suitable room. Before I write up a detailed review I will give management time to read this review and come talk to me direct, as until now none of them have approached,

#Novotel #Goa #Candolim beach amazing location. if i will start from morning schedule breakfast was amazing with lot of options. i had booked room with balcony which was sufficient to stay for 3 person. Hotel had with fantastic facilities like gym, kids play area and pool (kids pool, big pool and pool with bar).
